I am really curious about how to drink apple cider vinegar in the morning. A few weeks ago, I started feeling bloated and sluggish after breakfast, and a friend mentioned that drinking apple cider vinegar could help with digestion. I tried mixing it with water and honey, but the taste was so strong that I almost gagged, haha! I know some people say to just take a shot of it, but that feels a little harsh too, ya know?
