I am really confused about something I read recently. About a month ago, I decided to switch to stevia because I heard a lot of people saying that is stevia better than sugar for health, especially when it comes to weight loss and blood sugar levels. I have this sweet tooth, like I can’t resist desserts and sodas! I used to use regular sugar, but my doctor said I should be careful due to my family history of diabetes, ya know? So then, after switching to stevia, I thought I was doing great, but I'm not sure if it's really good for me or just hype. Sometimes I wonder, is stevia better than sugar for real?
