I am really trying to stick to my fasting routine for health reasons but have been wondering about some things. I've heard that isabgol can be super beneficial and I even bought some a while back. But like, can we eat isabgol in fast? I’ve been using it for digestive issues, and it honestly helps, but I feel kinda stuck. I mean, do the benefits of isabgol hold up when we're fasting? My friend says it might help keep me full or something, but I’m not totally sure. I read somewhere that isabgol has fibers that kind of expand in your stomach, which seems good, right? But would that break my fast? I'm all for keeping my gut in check, but at the same time, I don’t want to mess this whole fasting thing up. If isabgol isn’t allowed, what are my options? Because I don't want to just sit here feeling hungry and thinking about food every minute. Also, like, what if I manage to have some isabgol in water but then feel guilty or worried? Do any of you guys have experience with it, like can we eat isabgol in fast without wrecking everything? Thanks for your insights!
