I am really confused about this abc juice I started drinking last month. I saw this video online about how it can help with weight loss and boost energy, and I was all in! But, like, after a week I began having some weird stomach issues. I’m not sure if it’s the abc juice or something else I ate but I’ve been feeling really bloated and have some cramping. To be honest, I didn’t think much of it at first, just thought my stomach was adjusting or whatever. Then I started getting this weird headache that comes and goes, and I started wondering if these abc juice side effects could actually be a thing? I read somewhere that some people might be more sensitive to it! Now I'm kinda scared and just trying to connect the dots. Is it common for abc juice side effects to include cramping and headaches, or do you think it could be not related? I mean, I love the taste and I thought it was really healthy but now I’m all worried about what this could mean for me long term. Should I keep drinking it or take a break?
