I am really curious about the fenugreek water drinking benefits because I’ve heard so much about it lately. A friend told me it could help with weight loss and improving digestion, but I’m not sure what to believe. A couple of weeks ago I started feeling super bloated and uncomfortable after meals, like painfully so. I’ve tried changing my diet a bit but nothing seems to be helping.
