I am really curious about the benefits of drinking raisin water in empty stomach. I mean, I’ve heard a lot about how it can detox you and maybe help with digestion, but I don’t know too much. A few weeks ago, I started having these stomach issues—mostly bloating and some weird energy crashes during the day. A friend suggested I try drinking raisin water on an empty stomach every morning, saying it does wonders. So I gave it a shot! I soaked some raisins overnight and drank the strained water in the morning, thinking this would be the miracle cure. But after a few days, I felt a bit... umm, different? Like, my bloating didn’t fully go away, but I think I might’ve felt slightly better. Just not sure if that’s enough to call it a success. Are there solid benefits of drinking raisin water in empty stomach that I should know about? Am I doing it right? Maybe I’m not being consistent enough? Also, how long before I see any real benefits?
