benefits of eating soaked raisins empty stomach - #27188
I am really curious about the benefits of eating soaked raisins empty stomach because I’ve heard so many different things. A few weeks ago, I started soaking a handful of raisins every night, and I've been having them in the morning as part of my breakfast. I’ve read that the benefits of eating soaked raisins empty stomach can be amazing for digestion and energy, but somedays I'm not sure if it’s even working. Like, I feel a bit more alert, but then again, I might just be imagining it all, you know? My digestion feels kinda better too, but it’s a work in progress. What I want to know is, are the benefits of eating soaked raisins empty stomach real, or is this one of those health trends that sound better than they are? And do I have to do it every day to get the benefits – like if I skip a day, does it kinda cancel everything out? Also, should I be soaking them for a specific amount of time or is any soaking fine? Just worried that I might be missing the mark altogether! Any thoughts or experiences would be super helpful!
