I am really curious about the disadvantages of abc juice, honestly. My friend swears by it and has been drinking it every day for weeks, claiming it helps with detox and energy. But I tried it for like three days and felt kinda off. My stomach was a bit upset, and I had this weird bloating that wouldn’t go away. I don’t know if it was the juice or something else I ate. Anyway, when I researched, I came across some articles mentioning the disadvantages of abc juice that made me second guess my decision. Like, they talked about high sugar content and that it might not be great for blood sugar, which is kinda concerning since my family has a history of diabetes. Also, wasn't sure if drinking it regularly could lead to a nutrient imbalance? I mean, I want to be healthy, but the last thing I want is to cause other problems, ya know? What are the actual disadvantages of abc juice that I should really watch out for? Should I just stick to eating whole fruits and veggies instead?
