I am really curious about these red bananas I just came across. I usually eat the regular ones, but I saw red bananas at the store and thought, why not? Anyway, I tried some, and they tasted sweeter and creamier but I also wanna know about the red banana benefits and side effects. Like, are there specific nutritional benefits? I read somewhere they might be good for digestion, which I’m all about since I struggle with gut issues sometimes. But I'm also worried, like, do red bananas have any side effects?
