I am really curious about what are the benefits of abc juice, like I keep hearing about it everywhere but not sure if it's worth all the hype, you know? Just last week, I tried making it myself after a friend raved about this juice saying it helped them with energy and digestion. I used apples, beets, and carrots, which I think is the right combo?? Anyway, the first time I drank it, I felt super energized but then got some weird stomach cramps later. Like, is that normal? I mean, what are the benefits of abc juice really? I looked online and found a bunch of articles claiming it helps with weight loss and detoxing but then there’s other stuff saying it might not be for everyone. I'm wondering if the juice is really doing all that good stuff or if I'm just imagining things. Should I keep drinking it? Looking for some advice about what are the benefits of abc juice since I might be wasting my time or I could just be doing it wrong.
