I am kind of confused about whether is dahi good for health or not. Like, my grandma always told me how helpful it was, saying it helps digestion and stuff, but I've been reading mixed things online. I mean, I'm a bit lactose intolerant, but still, I love dahi! Anytime I eat it, I feel like it’s refreshing, even with the minor stomach cramps afterward. Last week, I tried this homemade dahi with fruits, and oh boy, it tasted great but also left me wondering about is dahi good for health if I can’t really digest it properly. My friend, she swears by it for her skin and gut health. But then I saw this article saying too much dairy isn’t great for everyone? Could it cause weight gain if eaten too often? I'm also curious about the probiotics in it — like, do they really help or is it just a fad? What do you all think? Is it really that beneficial or should I limit it?
