I am looking for some insights about drinking curd benefits. Lately, I've been feeling kind of sluggish, like needing an energy boost, and a friend mentioned that drinking curd could help with digestion and energy levels. I love yogurt but never really thought much about the actual benefits of drinking curd. Last week, I tried having it with my meals, and I noticed my stomach wasn't as bloated as it usually is after eating. Is that one of the drinking curd benefits? I mean, I’ve heard people say it helps with gut health, but does it really make a difference in energy or immunity too? Also, I was curious if there are any particular ways to consume it that can enhance these drinking curd benefits? I've been mixing it with fruits, but sometimes I think maybe adding honey could be better? Anyway, I’m just trying to figure out if I should be more consistent with it or if it’s just a fad.
