I am kind of worried about my snacking habits lately. I used to grab chips or cookies but I started eating roasted chana instead, mostly because I heard about the benefits of eating roasted chana from a health blog. I mean, it’s way better than junk food, right? But I’m noticing I still feel a little sluggish sometimes after eating them! I don't really know if I'm eating too much or if I’m missing something important. I tried to look into the nutrient values and the benefits of eating roasted chana seem impressive, like high protein and fiber, but then I’ve also heard some people say it can cause bloating. I definitely don’t want that! Eggh, I just want to feel good about my choices. Should I be mixing roasted chana with other snacks or is it fine to stick to just that? Like, do the benefits of eating roasted chana actually outweigh any negatives? And, can I eat it every day? I just feel a little confused — am I doing the right thing or is it not as great as people say? Would appreciate any thoughts!
