I am trying to figure out the b complex tablet use after feeling super drained for the past few months. Like, there are days I can't even focus at work and my energy levels are just plummeting. I read about b complex vitamins and how they can help with energy, but honestly, it seems kind of overwhelming with all the different types you can find out there. My doc suggested b complex tablets when I mentioned my fatigue, but I’ve been wondering, how exactly should I be taking these tablets for the best effect?
