blood purification food - #27443

Ira

I am feeling really overwhelmed about my health right now. A few weeks ago, I started experiencing this nagging fatigue and some strange skin issues, like rashes that won’t really go away. I tried the whole "drink more water and rest" thing, but it hasn’t helped much. After doing some research, I stumbled upon this concept of blood purification food, which got me thinking. I want to know how much of a role these blood purification foods really play in overall health. Can something as simple as food actually help in cleansing or purifying the blood? Like, what should I be eating? I’ve heard mentions of things like beets, garlic, and even leafy greens, but I don’t exactly know how they work in terms of blood purification food. I tried adding some of these to my meals, but I'm not sure there’s been any improvement. When is it time to see a doctor, or should I just stick with modifying my diet? This whole thing is kinda stressing me out because I really want to feel better—like, yesterday. Any advice on effective blood purification food or even lifestyle changes would be super appreciated!
