I am looking for some info on the benefits of pink dragon fruit because I've been eating it for a couple of weeks now and I'm curious if it actually does anything good for me. I stumbled upon it at a grocery store. It looked really funky with its bright pink skin, and I thought, why not? I’ve read online that it has a bunch of nutrients, but I also wanna know if the benefits of pink dragon fruit are real or if that’s just hype.
