disadvantages of red banana - #27478
I am really worried about a few things with red bananas. Like, I tried red bananas for the first time last week and they looked so cool, but then I started reading about the disadvantages of red banana and now I'm freaking out a bit. I know they’re supposed to be sweeter and maybe healthier? But what are the actual disadvantages of red banana? I mean, are they super high in sugar like some say, or do they have bad effects if you eat too many? I’ve been trying to eat more fruits, and I thought red bananas would fit into my diet nicely, but now I'm not sure if I’m making a mistake. I also heard they might not have as much fiber compared to the regular yellow ones. Can that be true? Because if I’m choosing red bananas over yellow thinking I'm being healthier but they’re actually worse, that's kinda maddening. Plus, I read conflicting stuff about where they grow. Are the disadvantages of red banana just more about how they don't last long on the shelf or somthing? Can someone please clarify if I should steer clear of them or if they're alright to eat, since I really don’t want to mess up my health choices!
