I am feeling kinda lost when it comes to figuring out which morning drink is best for weight loss. Like, I’ve heard about all these different drinks, but nothing seems to work for me. Just last week, I started trying lemon water, but then I read somewhere that green tea might be better. I even tried that apple cider vinegar thing in the morning... oh man, that was a mistake! Anyway, I’ve been doing this for a few months now and haven’t seen much change. My friend swears by ginger tea, says it really kickstarts her metabolism, and she looks great! But honestly, I’m just confused! Which morning drink is best for weight loss? I mean, are there specific ingredients in these drinks I should be looking out for? I keep reading that hydration is super important too, but I just don’t know if plain water is cutting it. I tried adding fruits and herbs, like mint or cucumber, hoping it’d taste better, but I’m not sure if that helps with the weight loss part. Any advice would be awesome, I just want to make sure I’m doing the right things in the morning!
