soaked raisins water - #27719
I am really confused about something that’s been happening to me lately. For the past few weeks, I've been soaking raisins in water every night and eating them in the morning. I read somewhere that soaked raisins water can be super good for digestion and energy, but I'm not totally sure if it's actually working for me. Anyway, I started this because I was feeling sluggish and had some stomach issues. I've been having bloating and, like, an upset stomach sometimes, which is frustrating. I thought maybe it was because of the raisins or the water, but they say that soaked raisins water helps with that, right? At first, I thought it was helping, but now I'm not so sure. Like, should I maybe stop eating them or drink less of the soaked raisins water? I've noticed some changes in my energy levels too, they go up and down, and I'm just wondering if it's related to this soaked raisins water thing. Has anyone experienced similar issues? Do you think I’m overdoing it or is it possible soaked raisins water could be causing weird symptoms? I just want to make sure I’m doing the right thing here!
