I am feeling a bit confused about something I've heard a lot lately – that dahi is good for weight loss. Like, I’ve been trying to shed some extra pounds for a while now, and someone told me I should start eating more dahi because it’s low in calories and has probiotics. I usually have yogurt with my breakfast or as a snack, but it feels like just another thing everyone says. Do you think dahi is good for weight loss really? A couple weeks ago, I decided to add it to smoothies but I felt like my stomach was feeling heavy after. Maybe I’m just sensitive to it? I’ve read that dahi helps with digestion and maybe it could boost metabolism, but how much do I actually need to eat for it to work? Also, I like eating dahi with some fruits, but is that counterproductive in some way? Like if I'm having too much sugar? Sometimes, I’m just worried I’m not doing this weight loss thing right. I really wanna make healthy choices, and I wouldn’t wanna mess it all up cause I thought dahi is good for weight loss. What do you all think? Any advice on portions or recipes or is there something better I could use instead?
