I am really curious about the benefit of raisin water. A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon a video where someone was raving about how the benefit of raisin water changed their health. I thought, “Why not?” and started soaking a handful of raisins in water every night. In the morning, I drink it on an empty stomach, but honestly, I’m not sure if I’m doing it right.
