I am really struggling with my weight lately and I just feel lost. I’ve tried a bunch of diets and nothing seems to work long-term, and I can't even remember how many times I’ve heard about the “most effective drink for weight loss.” Last month, I started working out 4 times a week and my friend told me that a specific smoothie could help accelerate my progress, but I’m not sure if it really is the most effective drink for weight loss or if it's all just hype. I made one with spinach, banana, and protein powder, but I can’t tell if it's making a difference or not. I keep reading mixed things online. Some say green tea is the most effective drink for weight loss, while others rave about apple cider vinegar. I did try to mix it in water once but, ugh, it was just awful!! How do you even know what THE most effective drink for weight loss is anyway? Should I just stick with my spinach smoothie, maybe try something new? I also heard about infused water with lemon and mint, is that worth a shot too? I'm just confused and really want to find something that might actually help me shed some pounds without feeling starved or cranky. Any advice would be super helpful, thanks!
