how to drink copper water - #23651
I am feeling kinda confused about this whole copper water thing. Like, I heard it’s supposed to be super good for your health, but I don’t even know how to drink copper water properly. My friend said she just leaves a copper jug out overnight and then drinks it in the morning. I tried that, but I think I did it wrong because the taste was really odd?? Should I be rinsing the cup or jug before using it? I mean, I read somewhere that you shouldn’t use any soap, but is that true? And then, I heard that drinking copper water too much can be dangerous, like, what does too much even mean? Are there signs that I should watch out for? Last week, I had some stomach cramps after having the copper water, could that be connected? Or maybe it was just something else I ate? Ugh, I don’t know what to think. How to drink copper water without messing it up? And do you guys recommend any specific types of copper vessels? Like, is there a brand or style that you think works better? Feeling kinda lost here, any tips would be awesome!!
