I am just really curious about the benefit of kismis water because I've been feeling kinda off lately. A friend told me about how amazing kismis water is, and how it could help with energy levels and even digestion. I started drinking it a few days ago because I’ve been really tired, you know? My energy just hasn’t been great, and I thought, why not give it a shot? I had read somewhere that the benefit of kismis water could be related to its anti-oxidant properties, but honestly, I don’t know much more beyond that. Last week, I noticed that when I drank it on an empty stomach, I felt a little different, maybe a bit more energetic? But then again, could it just be placebo? What other benefits should I be looking at? My digestion has been all over the place lately too. Do you think the benefit of kismis water could help me with that?
