I am really trying to figure out if is dahi good for weight loss, like, I've heard all this stuff about it being healthy but can't seem to get a straight answer. Last month, I started a diet because I've been feeling really sluggish and, honestly, kinda unhappy with my weight. I've swapped fast food for home-cooked meals, and someone told me dahi is super helpful for losing weight! I started mixing it into my salads and having it as a snack. But then I read some articles saying that dairy can be heavy for some people, and I'm confused! Am I just wasting my time thinking is dahi good for weight loss? I mean, I love curd and all, but I don't want to sabotage my efforts. Plus, at times, I feel bloated after eating it—wondering if that’s a bad sign or just me. I do pair it with fruits like berries... You think that’s a good combo? Or should I just cut it out? I really want to succeed in this weight loss journey so just looking for some clarity. Any advice would be appreciated.
