Hello dear See you are a young male and this tragedy is very hard to bear definitely due to hormonal alterations also, mentality is affected It is not abnormalities but there is a previous saying that excess of anything is bad so you need to bear the stress. Iam suggesting some methods for improvement Please follow them for atleast two months Do physical exercise atleast half an hour daily for 5 months Do meditation Take good balanced diet for good health Engage in social media Indulge in hobbies like reading and writing Avoid overthinking Avoid junk food and alcohol/ smoking Set your goals for every day Hopefully improvement will occur In case of no improvement in 2 month consult psychiatrist in person for better clarity Regards

Your question seems to be deeply personal and related to understanding your father’s actions and finding guidance from his life and passing. However, I can only address questions within the realm of medicine, health, or clinical practice. If you’re experiencing health issues, both physical or mental, I can provide advice based on medical understanding. In cases where the loss of a loved one leads to psychological distress, it can impact mental health significantly. Depression, anxiety, and unresolved grief are common; it’s crucial to recognize symptoms like persistent sadness, withdrawal from daily activities, or changes in appetite and sleep patterns. If you’re experiencing such symptoms, seeking a mental health professional’s support could really be crucial. They can offer therapy options, like cognitive behavioral therapy, that have been shown to be effective. It’s also important to prioritize self-care—such as maintaining a regular sleep schedule, engaging in physical activity, and trying to eat balanced meals. Social support is also beneficial; reaching out to a network of friends or a community group might provide some of the guidance and support you feel you’ve missed. When it comes to addressing immediate health concerns, whether physical or mental, setting an appointment with your general practitioner can help tailor a comprehensive plan to your specific needs. If you ever experience any thoughts of harm to yourself, it’s imperative to go to a healthcare facility or contact emergency services immediately.
