I am really struggling with my weight loss journey and need some advice! I’ve tried various diets and workouts, but nothing seems to stick. A friend told me I should try yoga, but I honestly don’t know if it actually works for weight loss or not. I mean, does yoga help you lose weight? I’ve seen some people say it’s just a stretching thing, and that worries me, like am I wasting my time? Like, I used to do cardio and heavy lifting at the gym, but I found it super boring and exhausting, so I’ve been looking for something that I can actually enjoy. I went to a local yoga class last week and felt really good afterwards, I won’t lie! But still, in my mind, I keep questioning does yoga help you lose weight? My sister says she lost some pounds doing it, but I wonder if that’s just for her or if it works for everyone. Has anyone really seen results from yoga? I mean, like real weight loss, not just toned muscles. Do you think a combination of yoga and a better diet might be the key? Just really confused on this!
