I am really confused about this whole situation with my health lately. I've been feeling super tired and just off, you know? A friend suggested I should get a nutrition consultation to figure things out, but I have no idea what to expect. Last month, I went to the doc, and all the tests came back fine, but I still feel bloated all the time and have these weird cravings for junk food. Is that normal? I mean, could a nutrition consultation really help me? I tried looking up some info online, but it was a lot of conflicting stuff. Some say a nutrition consultation can change everything, help with energy levels and cravings, while others say it’s just another fad. Ugh! My eating habits have not been great—I skip breakfast, snack too much, and my dinners are mostly takeout. Is that why I feel like this?
