I am really confused about this whole process of complete body detox. I've been feeling sluggish and bloaty for weeks now, and a friend mentioned trying a complete body detox to clear things out. It sounds kinda appealing, but also a bit overwhelming, you know? I mean, are there specific symptoms that mean I should definitely go for a complete body detox? I tried some over-the-counter detox teas before, but they made me go to the bathroom like crazy and more stressed than relaxed. I thought a complete body detox would maybe help with my energy levels and skin, but it’s hard to know what's legit. Like, my diet isn’t terrible, I eat fruits and veggies but I also love pizza and fried stuff. Trying to balance it out makes me wonder if a complete body detox would even work for me. Plus, I've read so many different opinions on what a complete body detox should involve. Some say juice fast, others say no solid foods at all! I just want to not feel so blah all the time. Ugh, any advice on how to start or if I even need one would seriously help!
