Can I get a 3000 kcal meal plan per day? My age is 24, 5.8ft height, male, current weight 58-59kgs, Target weight is 65-70kgs, I have pre diabetes (early stage), My chest and Back are lagging behind and waist is thin (but I think it is good), Gym 3X per week
