I am feeling really confused about something and hope maybe someone here can help! A few months back, my friend kept telling me about ashwagandha and its benefits for stress and energy. I decided to give it a shot since I was totally exhausted from work, but I didn't notice much change. Then I heard about shilajit and their supposed benefits for vitality and overall health. I did a little research and found people swear by shilajit whereas others are die-hard ashwagandha fans. Now I’m sitting here wondering, which is better: ashwagandha or shilajit? My sleep quality improved a bit with ashwagandha, but I still feel tired all the time. I struggle with focus too, and while I thought maybe ashwagandha would help, should I switch to shilajit instead? Some say it’s even good for stamina. I've been taking ashwagandha for about 2 months, but if shilajit could give me more energy, maybe I should give that a try?? Just feeling lost and really want to feel like my old self again.
