I am really confused about the benefits of eating dahi! A couple of weeks back, I started feeling super bloated after meals, and my dietitian suggested adding some dahi to my diet. I read that dahi is full of probiotics and can help with digestion, but like, I wasn’t sure if those benefits of eating dahi were legit or just some health fad. After trying dahi for about a week, I thought I noticed a bit of relief from that bloating, but sometimes I still feel uneasy after eating. Is there something more to the benefits of eating dahi? I mean, besides just digestion stuff? I also heard that dahi can boost immunity and help skin health, but I can't really tell if those claims are real or just marketing hype. Plus, I usually don’t digest lactose very well, but I heard that the fermentation process makes dahi easier on the tummy... good news, right? Should I keep eating it daily or are there any risks? I seen people raving about the benefits of eating dahi, but I wanna know if it’s worth all the hype, for real. Any thoughts?
