I am kinda confused and a bit worried about something that's been on my mind. My partner and I were chatting the other day about intimacy, and I realized that I don't really know how to strengthen penile muscles. Like, I've read some stuff online about exercises and things, but honestly, it's all a bit overwhelming. I've tried Kegel exercises, but I'm not sure if I'm doing them right.
