However for erection issues iam suggesting some precautions and medication for improvement Please follow them for atleast a month Avoid heavy meals and alcohol Take ashwagandha or triphala once a day for 2 months Do meditation Do physical exercises atleast for half an hour Especially kegel exercises Take triphala or ashwagandha once a day for 1 month In case of no improvement in 1 month, kindly consult gynaecologist for further clarification Hopefully you recover soon Regards

Your problem is NOT a serious disease.

It is most commonly due to anxiety + excessive muscle tightening + early ejaculation, not penis damage.

Hello Yash, Thank you for explaining your concern. Honestly, most of what you’re describing is very common and treatable.

If you can get an erection during masturbation, it means: Blood supply is working, Nerves are working, There is no serious organic disease. What you’re feeling is usually due to: Anxiety / overthinking, Excess focus on erection quality, Frequent or rushed masturbation, Pelvic muscle over-tightening. This is often called psychogenic or functional erectile issue, not true ED.

Ejaculating within minutes- This is very common, especially if: You masturbate quickly, You are anxious You focus on “finishing”, You have strong pelvic muscle tightening. It does NOT mean permanent premature ejaculation.

Tightening of lower body, legs, scrotum- This happens due to: Involuntary pelvic floor muscle contraction, Sympathetic nervous system activation (stress response). It’s similar to muscle clenching during anxiety. This actually reduces erection quality and speeds ejaculation.

Penis size when flaccid varies a lot Erection size matters, not flaccid size Average erect length: 12–16 cm. Porn comparisons are not real standards. Unless your erect penis is extremely small (which is rare), size is usually normal.

Having more foreskin usually means: Uncircumcised penis. This is normal, not a disease. Only a problem if: You cannot pull foreskin back when erect, Pain, infections, or cracking. If foreskin retracts fully, no treatment needed.
