which honey is pure - #23684
I am super confused about this whole honey thing! Like, I've been hearing all this talk about "which honey is pure" and I just don’t get it. I’ve always just bought the stuff from the grocery store, but a friend told me not all honey is created equal, and now I'm frantically reading labels. I mean, I thought honey was honey, right? But then I checked, and the last one I got said it was mixed with other sweeteners—what does that even mean??! I’ve been trying to eat healthier, and I wanted to switch to pure honey, but how do I know which honey is pure? The local farmers market has a few different vendors, and I don't wanna get scammed. Also, some say raw honey is better, but does that also mean it's pure? Do I need to look for a specific label or certification? I got a little jar from a friend who said it was local and raw, but I can't tell if that’s the same as "which honey is pure." Is there a way to test it at home or something? Any advice would seriously help because I feel like I’m just chasing my tail here!
